Sr. Caro was there every step of the way. He explained everything at the beginning and during the process as it happened, he answered every question as many times as needed. He was patient while I looked (and looked) for my perfect home. He was very communicative, quick to respond, and to schedule tours. He made sure to fight for not only a good deal but a fair one. He then worked with his team to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. From working with the lender to ensure numbers were somewhere I was comfortable with, to making sure the title agency had everything when needed. Once it was time to close he was there for signing, and a couple of hours later we were at the house taking pictures of him giving me keys so I could unlock my new home ♡. We used Edward to help purchase our New Home in Avondale AZ went under contract in Nov of 2021 he help use with the lottery pick for the lot, the builder was very difficult to work with on our side even tried to have use push Edward out of the deal I said no and I'm very glad I did because we had 6 delays on closing one year and 8 months we finally closed and Edward did a lot of running back and forth because the builders Leander was a nightmare to work with as well Edward dealt with them an us firsthand and explained the process in detail. Edward also listed our previous home for rent we receive a great tenant with in a couple of days. My wife and I highly recommend Edward..
